What it costs, how long it takes, how much assembly is left to you, and what happens if the bike turns out to be the wrong one.
Six countries, one crate
Every bike ships in the same flat crate with the front wheel, handlebar and pedals removed. Everything that needs a torque wrench is already done and marked.
About fifteen minutes
Front wheel, handlebar, pedals. The toolkit in the crate has everything you need, and any of our workshops will do it for free if you would rather not.
Fourteen days, unridden
You can return a bike within fourteen days of delivery, unridden except for a test, in its original crate. We refund the bike but not the outbound shipping. Once a bike has real distance on it we cannot resell it as new, so ride it around the block before you commit to it. If a bike arrives damaged, photograph the crate before you open it fully and call the nearest workshop the same day. Transit damage is on us, not on you, and we will not ask you to argue with the courier.
Questions about delivery
Two to four working days within Malaysia and Singapore, five to eight for Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines. Cargo frames are crated separately and add two days. You will get a tracking number when the crate leaves our warehouse.
