About Us

We import and sell direct, assemble in Malaysia, and service what we sell. That is the whole business model, and it is why the prices look like they do.

01How we sell

No dealer margin, no middle man

The reason the prices look like they do is not that the bikes are cheap to build. It is that nobody between us and you is taking a cut.

Direct

We import and sell, and that is it

A conventional e-bike reaches you through an importer, a distributor and a shop, each of which needs a margin to survive. We do all three jobs, so there is one margin instead of three. The same price applies whether you buy one bike or twenty — we do not run a trade list, because a fleet operator paying less than a commuter is just the commuter subsidising the fleet.

We keep the parts we sell

Selling direct only works if you also service direct, otherwise a warranty claim becomes an argument between three companies. Our workshops are staffed by our own people and stock our own parts. It is the expensive half of the model and the reason we open a new city slowly — a workshop has to exist before the bikes go on sale there, not after.

02How we got here

Seven years, slowly

2019

Started importing

Two people and a rented unit in Petaling Jaya, bringing in frames from a contract builder and fitting drivetrains ourselves.

2021

First own frame

The City frame, designed around a battery that comes out and a sealed motor. Everything since shares its drivetrain.

2023

Workshops, not dealers

We stopped signing dealers and started opening our own workshops. Slower to grow, but we control what happens after the sale.

2026

Six models, six countries

Twelve workshops, three frame families, and a parts list short enough that all of them stock all of it.
