What we set
This site sets three kinds of cookie. Session cookies keep your shopping basket and your
login working; the site cannot function without them. A preference cookie remembers whether
you chose the light or dark appearance. An analytics cookie records anonymous page views so we
can see which pages are useful.
What we do not set
No advertising cookies. No third-party tracking pixels. No social media embeds that report
back to their platform. If you have an ad blocker, nothing on this site will trip it.
Refusing cookies
You can refuse analytics cookies without affecting the site. Session cookies cannot be
refused while still placing an order, because the basket is stored in them. Every browser
lets you block or delete cookies for a specific site in its privacy settings.
How long they last
Session cookies are deleted when you close the browser. The appearance preference lasts one
year. Analytics cookies last thirty days.
